Role Description

The Small Market Client Account Executive is responsible for increasing the Fleetworthy customer base through the acquisition of new business to new and existing accounts. This is accomplished by:

  • Identifying opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, relationship building, and other activities as needed.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Researching and contacting prospects to identify key contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Engaging prospects through consultative sales practices & programs identified by Sales Management.
  • Identifying and closing additional purchases of products and services.
  • Working closely with Customer Services.
  • Engaging in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
  • Keeping management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in 8estpass's scope of business.
  • Teaming with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build a network.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B experience with inside sales, preferably selling SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successful phone sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time.
  • Persistence.
  • Technology expertise; CRM systems, MS Office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Ability to travel +/- 20%.
  • Associate degree; bachelor's preferred.
  • Consistently demonstrate Fleetworthy Values and Competencies.
