Role Description
The Senior Vice President, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Partnerships leads Prescryptive’s pharmaceutical manufacturer sales/business development efforts. This important leader will have the accountability for originating and closing enterprise partnerships that drive growth in our Digital Prescription Services offering and our Direct Pharma Marketplace. This is an externally facing executive role for a proven business development leader who can target, develop and convert relationships with senior pharmaceutical leaders into structured partnerships and executed agreements that enable measurable revenue growth and marketplace impact.
The SVP operates across strategy and execution — collaborating on priorities, building the pipeline and personally closing deals. This role requires a builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to create structure, drive accountability, and generate momentum.
Key Accountabilities

Define and execute engagement strategy, including target accounts, partnership models, and market approach.

Generate measurable revenue through executed agreements across Digital Prescription Services and Direct Pharma Marketplace.

Secure large, complex agreements that establish Prescryptive as a scaled market access partner.

Position Responsibilities

Identify, engage and influence senior pharmaceutical leaders across Brand Leaders, Market Access, Trade / Channel, Innovation, and National Accounts, advancing opportunities through the full deal lifecycle.

Own and execute manufacturer partnership strategy, setting clear targets and accountability for revenue growth and market expansion.

Lead negotiations, including deal structuring, pricing alignment, and contract execution.

Maintain clear visibility into pipeline performance, deal progression, and revenue forecasting to inform decision-making.

Contribute as a market leader and ambassador for Prescryptive, shaping external perception and building credibility with pharmaceutical executives and industry stakeholders.

Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to accelerate deal progression.

Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to inform deal strategy and improve decision-making and prioritization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field.

10+ years of business development, market access, or strategic partnership experience within the pharmaceutical ecosystem.

5+ years of direct, commercial experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers (market access, trade, pricing, or partnerships).

Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value agreements.

Demonstrated ability to generate net-new business and deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

Established, actively leveraged relationships with senior pharmaceutical executives.

Deep understanding of manufacturer economics, including pricing, gross-to-net dynamics, and market access strategy.

Ability to navigate complex pharmaceutical organizations and align senior stakeholders.

Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM platforms, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled tools.

The projected annual salary for this position is $220K to $260K + Variable Compensation.
