Role Description
Magnit is seeking a dynamic, results-driven SVP of Sales to lead our global sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing, vertically aligned sales teams. The SVP of Sales will operate within a globally aligned, industry-vertical structure designed to deepen expertise, strengthen client relationships, and drive strategic growth.

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal closures.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes, forecasting, and performance.

Work proactively with our finance, operations and product teams to align with our Revenue Acceleration Desk for fully compliant pricing and commercial negotiations.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive culture of accountability and success.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.

Lead strategic negotiations, ensuring long-term contracts and enterprise deals.

Identify new market opportunities and tailor go-to-market strategies to penetrate high-growth sectors.

Implement best-in-class sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC) to enhance efficiency.

Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates.

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and client needs to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications

15+ years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of scaling revenue in a B2B environment.

Proven ability to lead and inspire large sales teams in a high-growth or transformation-focused environment.

Deep expertise in enterprise sales, SaaS, workforce solutions, or technology-driven services.

Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and the ability to engage C-suite clients.

Experience with sales operations, forecasting, and P&L management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements

Base salary is between $250,000 to $320,000 based on experience and geographical location.
