Role Description
As a Senior Veterinary Sales Representative, you will be a disruptive force in the Nashville and northern territory, responsible for driving growth and building strong client connections with veterinary customers. You will play a pivotal role in our success during a historic launch period for Elanco's Pet Health organization, leveraging your expertise to meet and exceed sales goals with our innovative portfolio of products.
Your Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to drive product placement and achieve sales goals with key veterinary hospitals and clinics.

Provide leadership and influence for distributor representatives within the territory, ensuring alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong, impactful partnerships with key decision-makers in veterinary practices, from independent clinics to corporate hospitals.

Serve as the key liaison with local and state veterinary medical associations (VMAs), coordinating Elanco's presence and efforts at major events.

Plan and execute impactful product launch events and educational meetings in partnership with veterinary services to drive adoption and expand Elanco's market share.
Qualifications

Bachelorโs Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent level of experience.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent experience in a competitive, complex selling environment (e.g., human health medical device, orthopedic sales).

Demonstrated competitive drive with a proven track record of success and the ability to strategically manage a complex portfolio of products across diverse customer accounts.

Must have a Valid Driverโs License and an acceptable driving record.

In-depth knowledge of the companion animal market and veterinary products.
