Role Description

We are seeking an experienced High-Ticket Sales Representative to sell premium consulting programs and services. This role requires confident, consultative selling, strong qualification skills, and the ability to close high-value deals with integrity and consistency.

• Close high-ticket deals and secure first payment
• Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Conduct professional discovery and qualification (BANT)
• Diagnose business challenges and present tailored solutions
• Handle objections around price, timing, and authority
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up within 24 hours
• Ensure clean handoff to operations after close
• Track and report sales performance metrics

Qualifications

• Proven high-ticket or consultative sales experience
• Documented history of closing high-value deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• CRM proficiency
• Business acumen and professional presentation
