Role Description
The Senior Sales Operations Manager will help run the deal process, keep our systems and data trustworthy, and give sales leadership the insight it needs to hit revenue goals. This role partners closely with the Revenue Operations leadership to implement, manage, and maintain the sales operations function day to day, while partnering directly with sales and finance leadership and building team capability as we scale. In this role, you'll drive sales execution, protect revenue quality, and create the operational discipline needed to convert pipeline into profitable revenue.
What You'll Do

Sales Process & Systems:

Implement and translate sales processes strategy into day-to-day execution across account, opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and close.

Partner with the Salesforce/System Admin to translate commercial needs into system requirements and automation.

Identify friction across the sales process at scale and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve seller productivity, cycle time, and conversion.

Deal Desk and Commercial Standards:

Run Deal Desk execution across new business, renewals and expansion, deal structure, pricing, terms, approvals, and exceptions, in partnership with Revenue Operations leadership.

Maintain pricing tools, rate cards, approval workflows, and commercial standards so deals move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Planning and Coverage:

Support territory, quota, capacity, coverage, and account planning in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations leadership and Finance.

Contribute to annual and quarterly revenue planning, including headcount and capacity modeling.

Reporting and Insights:

Own and build reporting and operating cadences around pipeline generation, conversion, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and revenue performance.

Surface and present insights and recommendations directly to sales and executive leadership, going beyond reporting results.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, revenue operations, or a related commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.

Hands-on Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboards, and partnering with an admin on workflow and automation requests.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets.

Working knowledge of the quote-to-cash process, including pricing, contracting, and approval workflows.

A track record of spotting friction in a process and driving it to resolution, not just documenting it.

Experience with a CPQ or contract lifecycle management tool, preferred.

Exposure to forecasting methodologies and pipeline health metrics, preferred.

Familiarity with territory or capacity planning in a growth-stage company, preferred.

This position is remote, U.S. based.

This position may require 5% travel.

The target pay range for this role is: $100,000-$130,000. This salary range represents our target hiring range for this role. The proposed salary will be dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and competencies, as well as location.
