[Hiring] Senior Sales Operations Analyst @Motorola Solutions

Role Description

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, high-initiative Senior Sales Operations Analyst to serve as a key business partner to regional sales leaders and field teams. In this role, you will own critical operational processes including:

• CRM account management
• Routine reporting cadences
• Pipeline health oversight
• Revenue forecasting support

Qualifications

• Salesforce (SFDC) Administration to build custom reports, construct operational dashboards, manage data imports, and maintain object hierarchy integrity.
• Tableau Visualization to build, publish, and maintain interactive data visualizations and executive-level performance dashboards.
• Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling utilizing Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliation models) to process and analyze large operational datasets.
• AI-Driven Analytics familiarity to leverage predictive forecasting tools and generative AI workflows to automate routine processes and improve reporting velocity.
• Stakeholder Management experience translating complex sales data into concise narrative insights for executive leaders while providing frontline support to sales representatives.
• Operational Process Improvement track record of independently identifying workflow inefficiencies, auditing CRM databases, and implementing scalable automated solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration experience partnering with IT, Finance, and Compensation teams to diagnose system bugs, test feature updates, and resolve rep payout discrepancies.
