[Hiring] Senior Sales Manager @SGF Global

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented sales executive to join a leading company in the importation of pork protein sector. In this role, you will contribute to developing and executing sales and market growth strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sustainable and profitable growth across Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets for Mexico.
• Develop and implement channel-focused sales strategies to grow the business across various channels in Mexico.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and trade partners.
• Provide directions, coaching, and guidance to Distributor’s Sales and Marketing organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience managing businesses across both Retail and Foodservice channels.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Chinese is a plus.
• Nationality cantonese Super Plus.
