[Hiring] Senior Sales Manager @AVOW

Role Description

As we grow our footprint across Europe, we're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to build AVOW's presence across the region. This role is equal parts hunter and relationship-builder: you'll be the face of AVOW to app developers across Europe, spanning both gaming and non-gaming verticals, carrying deals from first contact through to a live campaign, with our internal teams backing you the whole way.

• Build a strong, trusted presence for AVOW within the European app developer ecosystem, becoming a recognizable and reliable point of contact within your first 6–12 months
• Covering both gaming and non-gaming verticals
• Contribute directly to market penetration and revenue growth across Europe
• Own the full sales cycle alongside internal functions, from first contact through to campaign launch

Qualifications

• A proven track record selling in the adtech / mobile performance marketing industry
• Hungry: a natural hunter mentality, self-driven, and genuinely motivated by closing business and growing a market from scratch
• A natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys face-to-face interactions
• Clear, structured communication both verbally and in writing
• Strong understanding of the sales dynamics of the adtech industry
• Russian language skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, international environment
• Location is flexible within the EU timezone
