[Hiring] Senior Sales Manager @Solution Community

Role Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive earned revenue for Solution Community by selling our advisory offering and paid partnerships. This is a hands-on closing role, not a donor-fundraising role — you'll run your own pipeline end to end: find prospects, run outreach, hold discovery calls, send proposals, and close deals that fund our mission and pay our expert volunteers. You'll work directly under the Head of Sales alongside four other Senior Sales Managers.

What Will You Do?

• Own a book of business to help build and work a pipeline of businesses and nonprofits who would be interested in buying our advisory services or fund paid partnerships.
• Run outbound end-to-end — cold email, cold calls, and organic/LinkedIn outreach — to generate and qualify opportunities.
• Match prospects to the right expert from our volunteer network and close the engagement.
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and partnership offers.
• Manage accounts through delivery and repeat business.
• Track your activity, pipeline, and closed revenue against clear targets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships, with a record of closing deals.
• Genuinely comfortable with cold outreach and self-generated pipeline — this role lives or dies on outbound.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-directed in a remote, fast-moving, low-budget environment.
• Bonus: experience selling professional/consulting services or in a nonprofit/social-impact context.
