[Hiring] Senior Sales Manager @InMobi

Role Description

InMobi is seeking a passionate, ambitious, and driven Senior Sales Manager to drive new logo activation for InMobi's App Performance Solutions team across the DACH region and broader EMEA market. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value opportunities with some of the largest brands across non-gaming verticals.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about helping performance marketers scale through programmatic app advertising.

As Senior Sales Manager, EMEA, you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales from a portfolio of Direct Brands and Performance Agencies across the DACH region.
• Creating and selling effective App Performance Solutions.
• Shaping InMobi's App Performance sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and execution plan.
• Identifying, acquiring, advising, and developing new relationships with targeted, strategic brands, agencies, and partners.
• Leveraging knowledge of the market landscape and InMobi's unique selling propositions.
• Maintaining strong relationships with ecosystem influencers, MMPs, agencies, and partners.
• Owning the entire sales lifecycle — from outbound prospecting to strategic growth consulting.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution.
• Representing InMobi App Performance Solutions at key industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintaining a disciplined approach to pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Consistently exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hunting and selling experience to App businesses and Performance Agencies.
• 6+ years in ad tech with experience at a leading Performance DSP, Performance CTV, Ad Network, Rewarded Platform, MMP, or other online advertising company.
• Authentic communication skills and the ability to form consultative, credible, and long-standing relationships with clients.
• Highly self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced, risk-taking environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build narratives around data.
• Proven ability to solve customer pain points and technical challenges.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English is required.

• Ability to build pipelines from scratch and open doors for long-term revenue partnerships.
• Experience in navigating the Programmatic and walled garden ecosystems.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships and keep InMobi top of mind for clients.
• Experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

• Base salary range for this role in Germany: €132,500 to €167,250.
