Role Description
We are seeking an ambitious, curious, and hungry professional who is comfortable working in a changing environment and is motivated to make things happen! As the Sales Representative, you will be primarily responsible for the achievement of sales targets in the territory assigned, and the implementation of the sales strategies as set out by the management.

Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of the deal.

Maintain a good client relationship.

Participate in market analysis and relationship building with senior management and key opinion leaders in the banking and financial services sectors.
Opportunities

Achieve New Logo sales targets established by the Sales Director of the region, preparing and executing a territory sales plan in accordance with Temenos strategy.

Start and manage the full new logo sales cycle, coordinating pre-sales and other specialist resources as needed.

Work with the lead pre-sales resource to ensure professional engagement with the prospect to fully understand their requirements and deliver quality proposals that emphasize Temenos strengths.

Negotiate or assist in the negotiations (depending on the deal size) on terms and conditions of the sales and service agreements.

Assist in market research and build perspective client profiles with respect to their current systems, potential future software investments and strategies, and key decision makers.

Establish and nurture relationships with C-level clients, business partners, and industry affiliates to identify growth opportunities.

Work with the team on sales pricing and contractual framework.

Gain a deep understanding of each client's business, operations, and industry trends.

Proactively communicate the benefits of Temenos services and solutions to clients.

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their strategy, challenges, and opportunities.

Develop a solution framework with services that address their specific needs.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, accurately tracking quarterly forecasts and revenue.
Skills
-
Proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors.

Substantial relevant experience within the same domain.

Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision-makers.

Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office).

Thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations.

Preferably a university education in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate degree.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

International exposure and ability to be deployed across the territory.
