Role Description
The Sales Enablement team, under the In-Store Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDashβs overall success.
As a Senior Associate, you will support the end-to-end enablement strategy for our In-Store line of business. Your role will focus on equipping post-sales teams with the messaging, training, resources, and processes they need to drive performance and consistency across the customer journey.
This is a highly execution-oriented role with strong impact: your work will directly influence productivity, revenue outcomes, and the overall quality of customer engagement within the In-Store business.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $78,900 β $116,000 USD.
