Role Description
The Senior Sales Director – Medical Imaging / PACS plays a critical role in Experity’s success by driving growth of our OnePACS medical imaging platform within ambulatory healthcare markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy focused on new logo acquisition and expansion of imaging and diagnostic capabilities within urgent care and outpatient practices.
This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, positioning OnePACS as a core component of the ambulatory technology stack—integrated with EMR, practice management, and patient workflow solutions.
Responsibilities

Drive new business revenue through aggressive prospecting and closing of net-new OnePACS deals

Sell medical imaging and PACS solutions into ambulatory healthcare organizations including urgent care, specialty clinics, and imaging centers

Position OnePACS within the broader Experity platform, emphasizing interoperability with EMR/EHR, patient engagement, and workflow tools

Develop and execute territory plans targeting high-volume outpatient practices across assigned geography

Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close

Build relationships with C-level and clinical stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CMOs, radiology leads, operations leaders)

Educate customers on imaging workflows, including image acquisition, storage, retrieval, and diagnostic use cases

Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM; provide weekly/monthly updates

Partner with Client Success and existing account teams to drive cross-sell/upsell of OnePACS into current customer base

Represent Experity at industry events, tradeshows, and imaging/urgent care conferences

Stay informed on medical imaging trends, PACS technologies, and regulatory considerations (HIPAA, imaging standards)

Provide feedback to product and leadership on market needs and competitive landscape
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Requirements
-
5+ years of proven sales experience
-
2+ years selling healthcare IT solutions to ambulatory or outpatient healthcare organizations
-
Demonstrated success selling PACS, medical imaging, or radiology workflow solutions (or closely related healthcare IT platforms)

Experience selling into small to mid-market healthcare practices (urgent care, outpatient clinics, imaging centers)

Proven hunter mentality with consistent new logo acquisition and outbound prospecting success

Track record of selling to C-level and clinical stakeholders

Experience managing full sales cycle including forecasting, CRM usage, and deal execution

Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and prospecting activity

Experience selling ambulatory EMR/EHR solutions

Familiarity with medical imaging workflows, DICOM standards, and radiology operations

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sales experience tied to imaging or diagnostic services
