Role Description

Your new job:

Own and grow a portfolio of key Hosting and Telco accounts across North America, driving both new business and long-term expansion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Align internal teams (product, engineering, operations) around customer needs, ensuring successful delivery while balancing commercial objectives.

Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer and market needs, and lead upsell and expansion initiatives end-to-end.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product direction and helping close gaps between expectations and delivery.

Take full ownership of revenue-related KPIs, including customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Travel across the Americas (USA, Canada, and South America) as required to support customer engagement and business development.
Qualifications

Senior sales professional with a proven track record of successfully selling into Hosting and/or Telco markets in North America.

Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and building strategic customer relationships.

Revenue-driven mindset with a strong focus on growth, upselling, and achieving commercial targets.

Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or messaging technologies, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.

Familiarity with messaging technologies and/or messaging-anti-abuse, particularly email systems and mail server platforms such as Dovecot.

Knowledge of open-source ecosystems and commercial messaging solutions is a plus.

Ability and willingness to work primarily within East Coast US business hours to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.

Self-driven and comfortable operating in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Intrinsic motivation to take ownership and a passion for open-source technologies, thriving in a low-hierarchy environment.
