[Hiring] Senior Sales Cloud Engineer @Evotix

Role Description

As our Senior Sales Cloud Engineer, you will take ownership of Salesforce Sales Cloud and help transform it into a scalable, reliable platform for a high-growth SaaS business. This is a hands-on, foundational role for someone who can work through legacy technical debt, turn evolving business requirements into practical solutions, and deliver improvements end to end.

• Define the platform structure, governance and long-term roadmap
• Improve opportunity, customer contract and subscription lifecycle processes
• Strengthen data quality and automation
• Own the connection between Salesforce and DealHub CPQ
• Establish Sales Cloud as the single source of truth for customer data
• Enable future AI-driven workflows

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical and project delivery experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proven experience as the primary Sales Cloud owner or technical lead in a scaling or high-growth environment
• Experience building or significantly restructuring a Sales Cloud environment, including addressing legacy technical debt
• Experience owning or working extensively with DealHub CPQ and its integration with Salesforce
• Deep understanding of SaaS contract and subscription lifecycle management
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data structures, governance, process standardisation, automation and Flow
• Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and delivering technical initiatives independently from definition through to implementation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
• Salesforce certifications

Requirements

• Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as Tableau or NetSuite
• Experience implementing or supporting AI-assisted sales workflows or Salesforce AI capabilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS organisation, including a private equity-backed environment
• Experience improving Salesforce adoption through documentation, enablement and change management

Interview Process

• Initial chat: A conversation with a member of our Talent team to learn more about your background, motivations, and answer any initial questions
• Assessment interview: You will be provided a task should the initial chat be successful. You will present this task to a Panel that will test your understanding of what you have built and wider understanding of Sales Cloud
• Final Panel interview: A conversation with key executives to dive deeper into collaboration, alignment, and mutual fit
• Offer: If successful, we’ll move quickly to share an offer and next steps
