Role Description

The Senior Sales and Business Development Manager UK and Nordics is responsible for leading the commercial assessment, strategy development, and structuring of business opportunities, strengthening GE Vernova’s market position through informed commercial judgement and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Drive the identification, evaluation, and conversion of commercial opportunities in Onshore Wind across the UK and the Nordics.
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations, Technical Marketing, and Product Management to shape commercial strategies.
  • Structure complex commercial arrangements and serve as the primary interface with senior customer representatives.

  • Commercially astute, technically grounded leader with proven wind sector experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate clearly and influence effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex deadlines and budgets.
  • Confident in engaging with senior external partners and internal executives.
  • Willing and able to travel regularly to support customers and regional business needs.
  • Adaptable, self-driven, and capable of representing the organisation across diverse markets.

  • Brings essential prior experience in the wind industry, ideally with solid technical and commercial understanding.
