Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to support our Customer Success and Product Analytics leader across the businesses they serve. In this role, you'll partner closely with that leader to dive into business problems, understand what the data is telling us, and translate that into clear, decision-ready insight. You'll help build analytics with standardized definitions agreed upon by key stakeholders and aligned with our data governance policies, so our Customer Success and Product business partners can make confident, informed decisions.
Responsibilities

Serve as a key partner to the Analytics leader, translating business priorities into structured, decision-ready analysis.
-
Analyse customer engagement patterns, product adoption, and account-level performance to uncover insights that inform sales and retention strategy.
-
Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting on core sales metrics, including cross-sell, upsell, and churn.
-
Extract and manipulate data from Snowflake and other cloud data sources to support both recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc business requests.
-
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in modern BI tools, turning complex data sets into clear, actionable views for stakeholders.
-
Support the Analytics leader in developing presentations for senior leadership, helping shape the narrative behind sales and customer performance trends.
-
Build strong working relationships with customer-facing and cross-functional teams to deepen visibility into customer behaviour and engagement drivers.
Qualifications
-
4-7 years of experience in a sales, revenue, or customer analytics role, with direct exposure to customer engagement and account-level data.
-
Demonstrated experience analysing customer success metrics, product usage, and engagement trends to inform sales decisions.
-
Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards, with strong SQL skills and confidence working in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
-
Proficiency in modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), including building calculations, visualizations, and data models for both scheduled and ad hoc analysis.
-
A sharp analytical mindset, comfortable framing a business question as a hypothesis and validating it with data.
-
Skilled at translating technical findings into a clear, compelling story for non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
-
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trust and influence across sales, customer success, and analytics teams.
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong quality and process orientation.
-
Working knowledge of data governance principles, policies, and standards.
-
A collaborative, energetic team player who can build influence across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience working within Salesforce.com (SFDC).
-
Exposure to a modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, or similar tools).
-
Bachelor's degree.
