Qualifications

• Proven high-ticket B2B closing experience ($8,000+ offers) with business owners or decision-makers
• Ability to discuss revenue, profit, team structure, and leadership gaps at an owner's level
• Perfect spoken and written English
• Quiet, professional home office with reliable internet
• U.S.-based with availability during U.S. business hours

Requirements

• Comfort with commission-only compensation
• Self-source 4–6 calls per week from personal pipeline
• Own pipeline end-to-end — daily follow-up, reactivation, and tightening of open opportunities
• Protect the brand by only enrolling owners who are genuinely a fit for Co-Pilot
• Show up to daily huddles prepared, submit calls for review, and log clean handoff notes
