Role Description
Use knowledge of organizational policies, objectives, management principles and processes to perform analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing progress or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position will typically work under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.

Assist the BD VP in implementing the organizational vision for Business Development operations, capture processes, and tools.

Supervise Salesforce Administrator assistant and manage the business development administrative function.

Prepare Business Development budgetary and financial reports using accounting principles and techniques as they relate to long range operational planning and objectives.

Prepare and manage Business Development artifacts and recurring reports related to operational requirements.

Manage new operational assignments and projects in support of Business Development activities as directed by BD VP.

Oversee and manage Salesforce operation.
Qualifications
-
Four year college degree, or equivalent, in engineering, management, or marketing.
-
Six years experience in support of Business Development of electronic systems and/or products to U.S. and foreign government customers.

Project/Capture/Program management experience is desirable.

Extensive knowledge of, and experience in, the procurement process for complex military systems.

Ability to effectively deal with technical and management representatives of U.S. and foreign government and industrial customers.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Able to travel as required.

Able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Knowledge of Salesforce, EMS Acquire New Business process, organizational policies and objectives and management principles and processes.

Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, fact finding and investigative techniques, oral and written communication, development of presentations and reports required.
