[Hiring] Senior Revenue Manager @SmartRental Group

Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Revenue Manager, preferably based in Porto.

• Analyze sales performance and develop/implement revenue strategies.
• Supervise and support the Revenue team.
• Monitor and analyze demand patterns and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue strategies.
• Load, maintain, and distribute rates across systems and distribution channels.
• Update content across systems, including but not limited to PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, GDS, and OTAs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
• Develop weekly and monthly forecasts.
• Support the preparation of the Business Plan.
• Maximize revenue performance for the assigned property cluster.
• Provide support and training to Front Office and Reservations teams to optimize Revenue Management processes.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue Management.
• Experience with the Duetto RMS is highly desirable.
• Academic background in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Big Data, Channel Managers, Booking Engines, Rate Shoppers, RMS, and PMS.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Sound decision-making abilities.

• Strong communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for teamwork.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused attitude.
