Role Description
Elo is accelerating its global payments strategy and is hiring a Senior Payments Partnership Manager to lead all net new ecosystem growth, strategic outbound engagement, and market expansion initiatives across the global fintech landscape. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on building Eloโs payments footprint across acquirers, gateways, processors, ISVs, PayFacs, enterprise merchants, and emerging fintech innovators. This role is a payment partner maintenance function role; it is a strategic builder, responsible for identifying new opportunities, new partners, new revenue, new markets and growing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Deepen Senior and Executive level relationships at all major Acquirers, Processors, and Gateways to strategically position Elo Payment Hardware.

Build and execute outbound strategies to drive expansion of Elo Pay, Link, and Link + across global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC).

Maintain a robust sales pipeline with key partners, including ISVs, payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and financial institutions.

Manage complex, critical partner relationships by working across a broad set of areas and cross-functional teams both within Elo and with partners.

Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, enablement tools, and joint value propositions.

Work closely with the ISV, RSM, ASM, and Solutions Architect teams to ensure a seamless transition from BD โ Payment Partnership Manager โ Certification โ Scale.

Monitor global industry trends, emerging payment technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain Eloโs market leadership.

Represent Elo at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote Eloโs payment solutions.

Drive revenue growth through co-selling opportunities, joint marketing initiatives, and expanding existing partnerships.

Build business cases for new certifications, markets, and partnership categories.

Deliver competitive insights on rival payment hardware ecosystem and partners.

Identify partnership gaps and recommend new programs to accelerate global payment adoption.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence payment-focused roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
-
At least 10 years of work-related experience in a business development or quota-carrying sales role, specifically in the payment industry, business development, partnerships, or related role.

Experience working with gateways, processors, acquirers, PayFacs, or ISVs.

Strong technical understanding of payment certifications, EMV ecosystems, and hardware/terminal workflows.

Strong executive communication and fintech ecosystem literacy.

Bachelorโs degree in business, Finance, Technology, or other related field from an accredited university.

Ability to travel unrestricted.

Masterโs Degree highly preferred.

Deep understanding of payment processing, acquiring, merchant services, and payment technology ecosystems.

Proven success in developing and managing high-value partnerships from negotiation through launch and growth.

Strong technical understanding of payment hardware/software integration and certification processes.

Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $93,200 and $128,000 annually, commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
