Role Description
The Partner Director is a high-impact, relationship-driven indirect sales role, dedicated to accelerating G-P’s market expansion through our premier alliance with partners. As a vital bridge between G-P and the partner, you will drive revenue by integrating G-P’s market-leading EOR (Employer of Record) offering into the partners sales motion. Your mission is to position G-P as the indispensable global extension of the partners service offering, ensuring that when clients hire anyone, anywhere, G-P and partners win together.
What you will do:

Business Unit Orchestration:
Build and leverage a robust network within our partners to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow.

Regional GTM Leadership:
Serve as the subject matter expert for international expansion and global hiring support within your assigned region. Be a role model and leader in planning and executing successful sales strategies for the organization's largest and most complex partners.

Strategic Engagement:
Nurture relationships with partner leadership and influencers to secure executive buy-in and high-value referrals. Influences and drives strategic initiatives and/or projects related to organization's and function’s business objectives and financial goals.

Enablement & Education:
Deliver high-energy training (in-person and virtual) to sales teams to articulate the G-P value proposition and identify client pain points.

Pipeline Management:
Bridge partner-referred leads to the G-P sales teams, ensuring transparent tracking and facilitating reciprocal opportunities.
Qualifications

8-10 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment.

Identify and build relationships across organizations, advancing from relationship to tangible execution that drives the desired outcomes.

Experience working with, or selling into, the HR Tech, HCM, Global Payroll Industries.

Have the skills, energy, and persistence to drive execution in a role where you do not own the direct execution yourself but will facilitate through others.

Direct experience with GTM strategies involving HR tech or service offerings.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field.

Partner marketing experience: Event Planning, Organization, Execution, and Lead Development and Follow Up.
