[Hiring] Senior Mid-Market Account Executive @Bluesight

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive to add to our team. This Senior Account Executive will drive consistent revenue growth within the hospital pharmacy market. This is a direct sales “hunter” role, responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes across our Procurement or Compliance products, targeting VP and Director level contacts within new and existing customer accounts.

The Account Executive will be responsible for achieving an Annual Recurring Revenue quota based on closing all mid-market opportunities within the product line. They will work with our Marketing and Business Development teams to drive pipeline and with the Clinical Strategy and VP of Sales to drive and close new business. SaaS selling experience is a critical requirement of this opportunity, with a preference for experience successfully selling into hospitals/IDNs.

This position is open to candidates based anywhere in the US, and they are not required to live in a specific city or region.

In addition to a competitive base salary and an amazing benefits package, this position is also eligible for uncapped commission-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales "hunter” experience
• Experience selling a B2B SaaS product
• Strong desire to continuously develop skillset
• Willingness to pick up the phone!
• Coachable, competitive, and a strategic thinker
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years full cycle sales experience
• 2 - 3 years of BDR or Inside Sales Experience
• Strong meeting presence and presentation skills
• Ability to influence key stakeholders including senior-level executives
• Ability to travel 1 - 2 times per quarter

Requirements

• Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas
• Manage defined territory - generating pipeline for upsell, cross-sell, and net new logos
• Work strategically with marketing, customer success, and business development teams
• Consistently reach/exceed key activity milestones
• Prospect effectively using a variety of tools and resources available
• Build and maintain pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and other activity within Bluesight’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
• Effectively collaborate across other teams within Bluesight to achieve individual and team goals
• Consistent use of defined sales process, including discovery, meeting preparation, leveraging internal resources, presentation details, use of customer references, and transition to our implementation team
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and articulate Bluesight’s value and differentiation to clients
• Negotiate customer pricing and contracts
