Role Description

As Medical Partnerships Manager for myTomorrows, you are responsible for developing and managing partnerships with hospitals and clinical stakeholders in Spain. You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship building to agreement and ongoing collaboration. In parallel, you will contribute to shaping how we approach market expansion, bringing structured insights from the field into our strategy, product and ways of working.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to shape how the market is developed. You will define priorities, refine your approach over time, and determine how best to engage with target sites, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Identifying and engaging target sites, driving outreach and progressing opportunities from initial engagement to signed agreements.
  • Maintaining and growing existing partnerships, owning the relationship end-to-end, ensuring strong execution and internal coordination to maximise impact and visibility.
  • Defining and refining outreach approaches based on market feedback, aligning with Marketing, Design and other teams to support successful delivery.
  • Bringing structured insights from the field to shape product development.

Qualifications

  • Business development, partnerships or account management, with ownership of deals and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken is required.
  • Experience in either healthcare (hospitals, clinical stakeholders, clinical research) or in B2B tech/enterprise/SaaS environments.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, defining priorities and driving work forward independently.
  • Commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and progress them into tangible outcomes.
  • Structured and pragmatic approach, with the ability to translate market feedback into actionable improvements.
