[Hiring] Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development @99x

Role Description

We need someone to grow our business in Scandinavia. From Colombo.

You're in Colombo. Your sales team is in Oslo. You will manage the outbound engine, handling:

• Research
• Outreach
• Qualification
• Meetings booked
• Ensuring meetings happen

You sit with marketing and engineering teams to work out what we say and to whom. When a deal gets close, you're in it.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience in IT services, tech, outsourcing, or professional services
• Experience running lead generation or appointment setting into Europe
• Familiarity with HubSpot, outreach, and campaign tooling
• Experience working on the ground in Europe is a plus

Requirements

• Ability to engage and manage remote teams
• Comfortable dealing with prospects who go quiet
