[Hiring] Senior Manager, Partner Management @Circle

Role Description

This position is pivotal in driving adoption and growth across Circle’s product portfolio to key partners, including payments companies, large corporates, fintechs, and commerce platforms.

• Bring first-of-kind partnerships from early-stage design through to launch, activation, and growth.
• Work with cross-functional team members across Circle’s Business Development, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Manage onboarding, operations needs, strategic growth initiatives, escalations, and day-to-day requirements.
• Develop and maintain lasting partnerships with top accounts by providing creative direction to business leadership.
• Define a comprehensive relationship strategy with each partner, including building strong working relationships with Circle’s leadership team.
• Set the foundation for long-term, successful customer relationships based on mutual trust and transparency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience.
• A background in Payments, fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with navigating large, complex Enterprise organizations.
• Ownership mentality, grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude.
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of a partner's business, goals, and use cases.
• Obsession with customer success: ensuring customers' best interests and growth by driving solid, tangible outcomes.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Requirements

• Brazilian Portuguese/English/Spanish language skills are a strong preference.
• Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
