[Hiring] Senior Key Account Manager - Beverage Ingredients @Givaudan

Role Description

Reporting to the Director of Sales Functional Ingredients, NOAM, you will manage your accounts through top and bottom lines and by generating a broad base of new business opportunities.

• You are an experienced ingredient sales manager who knows how to scout, hunt, prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
• Cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers, positioning us as a preferred supplier.
• Ensure we participate in RFPs, briefs, and are on core supplier lists.
• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience through innovation, collaboration, and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Management, Marketing or Food Science.
• 10+ years experience in sales, or customer relationship experience in Beverage/Wellness industry.
• Experience incorporating comprehensive knowledge and analysis in presentations.
• Understanding of the ingredient industry, including consumer and industry trends.
• Knowledge of customer strategies, programs, commercial needs and product launch processes and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Track record in Beverage Wellness to manage large commercial projects.
• Ability to lead and influence strategic account planning.
• Develop comprehensive action plans for main accounts.
• Manage brief pipeline to achieve growth plans.
