As a Senior Insurance Advisor, you will:

• Promote and educate clients on insurance products.
• Take ownership of client relationships.
• Help grow our presence and profile in the local community.
• Manage more complex insurance cases.
• Help team members reach their potential.

Qualifications

• At least two to three years of industry experience.
• An active RIBO license; OTL license holders are encouraged to apply.
• Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build authentic client relationships.
• Master time manager, capable of prioritizing workload while demonstrating confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

• Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges.
• Identify client needs and provide recommendations based on knowledge of underwriting principles.
• Share expertise and knowledge as a coach and mentor to junior team members.
