This role is part of a dynamic commercial organization and involves close collaboration with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and growing a designated territory, supporting sales execution, and identifying new business opportunities. Travel within the assigned region is required to support customer engagement and market development activities.

• Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners
• Execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and achieve assigned sales objectives
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to improve commercial performance, customer engagement, and inventory management
• Provide product training, education, and technical support to healthcare professionals in line with therapy and business requirements
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development and execution of short- and long-term sales strategies
• Maintain accurate reporting of customer activities, market insights, and business performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within a professional environment
• Proven ability to build customer relationships, manage complex accounts, and achieve commercial objectives
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into effective sales actions
• Fluency in English
