[Hiring] Senior Director, Business Development @Premier Research

Role Description

Premier Research is looking for a Senior Director, Business Development to join our Business Development team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics.

• Maintains account management responsibility for several key accounts, including direct account management and targeted client interactions to sell the services of the company
• Supports Account Managers and Operations through development of strategic client solutions
• Formulates account strategies and tactics with other Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generation of RFPs and client presentations
• Ensures the quality of proposals through review on a selected basis for assigned accounts and others, as appropriate
• Supports international client activities through collaboration with Premier Research operation teams and collaborative European partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of seven years Business Development sales/account management experience in the CRO industry
• Demonstrated understanding of Phase I through Phase IV drug development
