The CoreValve Senior Therapy Consultant achieves sales revenue targets and grows market share for a specified geography by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic CoreValve and related products, post approval, while ensuring safe adoption and growth.

Drive territory growth by developing and executing account strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals.

Provide clinical and technical expertise as a trusted TAVR subject matter expert.

Cultivate market and product leadership by maintaining deep knowledge of CoreValve and TAVR therapies.

Provide expert clinical and technical support for TAVR procedures.

Partner with customers to drive procedural success through education and training programs.

Manage territory operations and account support.

Advance product and market expertise by maintaining deep knowledge of TAVR technologies.

Collaborate across the organization by supporting new hire training and product enhancements.

Perform job duties that require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.

Operate safely in clinical environments that may require the use of personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of experience, or
-
Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience, or
-
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles.
Requirements

Experience selling interventional or surgical products.

Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.

Exceptional business and clinical acumen.

Understanding of cardiac and vascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology.

Interventional cardiac or vascular experience preferred.
-
Previous experience communicating productβs market advantages to physicians.

Successful experience launching a new device.
-
Experience calling on C-Suite customers.
-
Prior experience teaching and educating medical personnel.

Imaging interpretation experience (TTE or TEE, CT, Angiograms).

Computer proficiency and ability to perform CT reconstruction.
