Manufacturing Software Sales Hunter | 📍 Remote | U.S. Based

CRD Careers is partnering with a rapidly growing global technology and digital transformation organization seeking a true enterprise sales hunter with deep experience selling into the manufacturing sector. This is not an account management role. This is for someone who knows how to:

• Open doors
• Build C-level relationships
• Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
• Close multi-million-dollar consulting and IT services deals

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through close
• Target manufacturing organizations across the U.S.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior decision-makers
• Sell enterprise software, digital transformation, consulting, and IT services solutions
• Partner with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft winning strategies
• Manage a high-value pipeline with annual revenue targets between $5M–$10M

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software or IT services sales experience
• 5+ years in a true hunter/new business development role
• Strong manufacturing industry experience
• Proven success closing large enterprise deals
• Experience selling consulting-led IT services solutions
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations
• Stable career history with strong tenure progression
• Must currently or previously work within IT services organizations, not software product-only companies
