Qualifications

• At least 5–10+ years in B2B sales, including healthcare or logistics
• A true hunter mindset — you thrive on building new business
• A track record of closing complex deals ($250K+ annually)
• Strong relationships with hospital, lab, or supply chain leaders
• Direct experience selling logistics, courier, supply chain, or healthcare services
• Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with average contract values of $250K+ annually.
• Confidence presenting to executive stakeholders
• CRM discipline and a data-driven sales approach

Requirements

• Experience with HIPAA, cold chain, or lab logistics (Bonus Points)
• Relationships within major Northeast health systems (Bonus Points)
• Exposure to GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust) (Bonus Points)

Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000+ uncapped
