[Hiring] Senior Analyst, Global Sales Optimization @BCD

Role Description

The Senior Analyst, Global Sales Optimization serves as a critical link between Customer Engagement, Sales Managers, and the cross-functional teams that support both new business acquisition and client retention efforts. This role provides a bridge between our customer engagement teams, our sales managers, and all other departments involved in the sales process, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely communication, and consistent execution of sales strategies. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity and effectiveness of the sales pipeline through accurate data management, reporting, opportunity tracking, and proposal support.

• Utilize and adhere to the sales process as outlined by sales management and work with the sales team members to ensure consistent and accurate application.
• Work and communicate with Global, Regional, and Local Sales to ensure timely and correct contributions.
• Monitor CRM Data for accuracy and provide ongoing support for Salesforce users.
• Review individual, regional, and global dashboards and communicate gaps in SPIs compliance.
• Use company CRM to document and support all sales activities.
• Produce in-country, regional, and global reports.
• Align Salesforce data with assumptions used in pricing analysis and financial offers.
• Create and maintain a library of internal and external stakeholders participating in live/virtual presentations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working within an administration role. Experience using CRM applications is a plus.
• Computer literate in business software applications.
• Experienced with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective communication skills, oral, written, and presentation in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Travel or related industry experience is preferred, but not required.
