Duties & Responsibilities

Admissions & Sales Conversion (Primary Focus)

The "Front Door":
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, responding with a confident, authoritative, and "peppy" sales energy.

Conversion Mastery:
Guide hesitant parents through the enrollment funnel, addressing objections regarding cost and clinical care to move them to a "Yes."

Crisis De-escalation:
Use sophisticated empathy and active listening to manage high-stress calls from parents while maintaining a calm, informative, and professional tone.

Pipeline Management:
Meticulously manage the sales lifecycle within Salesforce/CRM, ensuring no lead goes cold and follow-ups are succinct and timely.

Revenue Cycle & Clinical Intake (Technical Execution)

Insurance Navigation:
Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) and clearly explain complex US insurance details (deductibles, coinsurance) to families with total clarity.

Documentation & RCM:
Ensure all clinical intake data is pristine and manage the billing cycle to ensure claims move forward without errors.

Process Initiative:
Act as a "Builder" by creating SOPs, intake scripts, and automated workflows to help the practice scale efficiently.
Qualifications

Exceptional English Fluency:
Native-level or C2 English is mandatory. Your communication must be structured, succinct, and free of hesitation.

Sales & Admissions Background:
5+ years of experience in healthcare environments with a proven track record in SDR, BDR, or Admissions roles. You must be comfortable with "asking for the sale."

Clinical Authority:
Prior experience in US Mental/Behavioral health is preferred. You must understand the nuances of adolescent care.

Technical Stack:
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Electronic Health Records (EHR) such as Athena, Kareo, or AdvancedMD.
