Role Description
Reporting to the Director of Provider Sales, the Senior Sales Executive, Provider is responsible for driving net-new logo acquisition as well as expanding revenue within existing provider accounts across an assigned territory. This role focuses on promoting the Availity Revenue Cycle Management suite of solutions by developing and executing strategic sales plans that increase revenue and deepen customer relationships.

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity execution.

Present solutions using effective sales methodologies, including team-based and consultative approaches.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership and corporate counsel to negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of fully signed agreements.

Travel is required for this role (KY, OH, WV, VA, PA, and TN).

Participate in additional duties, projects, or initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Minimum of 8 yearsโ sales experience in Healthcare IT.

Demonstrated success selling RCM solutions through net-new logo acquisition while expanding revenue within named provider accounts.

Proven ability to prospect, close complex enterprise deals, and grow existing relationships through upsell and cross-sell of healthcare technology or RCM solutions.

Proven record of success in a quota driven sales role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable preparing and presenting formal proposals.

Involvement in industry organizations such as MGMA and HFMA.

Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
