[Hiring] Senior Account Executive - CTV Performance @Jampp

Role Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and launching deals.
• Conducting research to identify target accounts and how to win budgets.
• Leading Jampp's push into Connected TV (CTV) performance advertising in North America.
• Nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring honest communication and outstanding delivery.
• Representing Jampp at key industry events and conferences (20% travel expected).
• Collaborating closely with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and Sales peers globally.
• Proactively tackling challenges to strengthen the Jampp brand in North America.
• Driving local initiatives, tracking results, and providing feedback for global improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling CTV (Connected TV) performance advertising.
• Existing rolodex of app advertisers and agencies.
• Detailed understanding of the AdTech / mobile advertising ecosystem.
• Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts.
• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record exceeding quota in SaaS, media, or CTV sales.
• Analytical ability to manage complex pricing, performance, and incrementality considerations.
• Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
• A technical (engineering, math, science) degree is a big plus.
