[Hiring] Senior Account Executive @Fivetran

Role Description

Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing EMEA team, specifically working with customers and prospects in the Nordics. In this role, you’ll:

• Partner with leading enterprise businesses to understand their needs, deliver solutions, and build long-term relationships that drive mutual success.
• Manage a full sales cycle, develop new opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve results.
• Contribute to dbt/Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment.
• Learn the fundamentals of dbt/Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days.
• Consistently build strong pipeline by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, focused on where we can deliver business value for them.
• Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
• Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices.
• Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage.
• Travel to the region around twice per quarter.

• Experience selling enterprise solutions (typically 5+ years), with a record of delivering results.
