Role Description
The Senior Account Executive will focus on increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. The Senior Account Executive will attend meetings with clients and advisors, notify partners of key business developments, and be responsible for meeting their quota monthly. The objective is to identify and close new revenue opportunities.

Source and schedule end-user opportunities through ongoing business development strategies per month as quota

Maintain a significant amount of opportunities within Salesforce of prospective clients per month as quota

Manage existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services

Source and schedule end-user opportunities through Spectrio partners per month as quota

Maintain a high level of activity within prospect accounts and prospective deals within Salesforce, holding online and in-person demos

Maintain a high level of activity within partner sales organizations, holding account mapping, training, and demo days both on-site and virtually

Attend industry trade shows and partner events

Work alongside Business Development Representatives and Account Executives and Account Managers to facilitate opportunity handoff smoothly and efficiently

Work alongside product solutions experts to identify and present the best solutions for prospective clients

Utilize sales engagement tools to identify key stakeholders across prospect organizations

Provide detailed feedback to immediate management as well as Channel leaders

General knowledge of Spectrio partner accounts based on industry expertise

Build and document knowledge about the clientโs business and technical setups
-
Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior
-
Achieve high demo targets and KPIs while motivating team members to do the same

Maintain a high level of Spectrio Digital Signage product and service knowledge

Evaluate client needs and communicate value propositions to partners and prospective clients

Show preparedness in Daily Team Meetings and Weekly Manager 1:1s

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in sales, communications, or a related field is preferred
-
Experience in sales (4-7 years)
-
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience

Must have the ability to be persuasive with strong business acumen

Experience in negotiating sound business deals as well as problem-solving skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Travel comprising 50% of the role is essential, primarily involving visits to domestic clients as needed
