Role Description

The Account Executive is responsible for the commercial relationship with both existing customers and prospects and sells our cloud-based platform to a diverse set of accounts.

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory.
  • Drive customer satisfaction together with revenue growth.
  • Guard core values of total trust, minimum friction experience, state of the art technology, and challenge the status quo.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing customers and prospects.
  • Articulate Pismo's platform differentiators through presentations to key stakeholders (including C-level).
  • Create winning proposals and lead deal negotiations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in customers and prospects.
  • Understand expected business outcomes and ensure long-term success.
  • Fluency in technology-related matters (public cloud, microservices, APIs, etc.) is required.
  • Previous experience with large financial institutions or selling core banking and payments cards solutions is a differentiator.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties to be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice.

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • Preferred Qualifications: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
  • Manage complex sales-cycles with a sense of urgency and disciplined use of CRM tools.
  • Experience with New Revenue in the covered territory, Pipeline growth, and Customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with Technical Sales.
  • Experience working in a card processor company.
  • Experience in a hunter position or similar role.
  • Experience with client relationships.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Be based in Sao Paulo, SP.
