Role Description
The Sr. Account Director, Biologics Analytical Services will drive revenue growth for our biologics analytical services with a particular focus on identifying and closing GMP clinical and commercial related opportunities. Other responsibilities include:

Market intelligence/market research analysis as gained through client interactions, trade show attendance, etc.
The Role:

Proven track-record of developing strong relationships, establishing new clients and closing business in biotech service-based market segment.

Demonstrated success in ‘consultative selling’ in a regulated environment.

Demonstrated understanding of drug development requirements including preclinical and clinical stages.
-
Clear understanding of customer informational databases and metrics to define success in selling services to Pharma clients.

Exceptional selling, organization, negotiation and communication skills.
-
Experience in developing and negotiating complex contracts specifically.

Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the bio, pharma, medical device industries, or other related industries.

Experience in developing and negotiating complex contracts specifically.

Bachelor’s degree in scientific area required. Science related MS, Ph.D. or MBA (with science BS) preferred.
Requirements

The annual pay range for this position in New Jersey is $149,200 - 215,000.

The annual pay range for this position in California is $149,200 - 215,000.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
