Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years SDR / SDR Manager / Account Executive experience with a demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas
• Strong hunter mentality with direct experience working with/managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer meetings, and sourcing new sales qualified pipeline
• A winner who holds themselves accountable to consistent over-achievement
• Successful experience booking complex prospect meetings with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories
• Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels
• Strong presentation and communication skills, competent in translating technical features into business value
• Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based SDR methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, BANT, etc.) is a plus
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary range: $77,070 — $90,650 USD
