We're looking for a client-focused Salesforce Product Specialist with 3β5 years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on expertise in business analysis, data modeling, and SaaS product implementations.
In this role, you'll support and own client onboarding activities for District360, working closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, coordinate data migration efforts, and configure solutions that meet their needs. You'll collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality implementations while continuously improving the client onboarding experience.
Qualifications

3β5 years of Salesforce experience across administration, business analysis, and client-facing implementations.

Experience supporting or independently managing Salesforce or SaaS implementation projects.

Strong business analysis and data modeling skills.

Hands-on experience coordinating data migration activities.

Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple client engagements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience creating documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
Requirements

Support client onboarding activities for District360 from discovery through go-live, with support from senior team members when needed.

Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Facilitate discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience by tracking timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

Work with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to coordinate client data migration, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

Apply sound data modeling principles to configure District360 based on client requirements.

Validate migrated data and support overall data quality throughout the implementation process.

Partner with the District360 Product team by sharing customer feedback and implementation insights.

Contribute ideas for product enhancements and usability improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and product adoption.

Help maintain onboarding documentation, playbooks, templates, and implementation best practices.

Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements.

Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.

Build trusted relationships with clients throughout the implementation journey.

Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.

Support clients in maximizing the value they receive from District360.
