Role Description

Join the Kardee Technologies India Pvt Ltd team as a Full Time Salesforce Architect, specializing in Salesforce Architect in the IT-ITeS industry. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for IT Services and educational qualifications ranging from 11-15 Years.

• 12+ Years of experience as Salesforce Developer.
• Experience in:
  • Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Financial Services Cloud
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Component
  • Omni Studio
  • Platform App Builder
• Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.
• Review solutions and recommend improvements.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project.
• Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
• Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
• Provide guidance on user story writing style.
• Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.
• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.
• Ensure documentation of the steps for testing.
• Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce.
• Collaborative project and workstream planning.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
• Prepare and submit proposals to clients, showcasing our organization's portfolio and detailed project proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new client opportunities and present proposals to secure new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in training juniors and freshers in Salesforce development.
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications are required.

Offer Terms

• 6 months contract period renewed based on performance.
• Freeze period from 15 Dec 2025 till 3rd Jan 2026; no work or billing during these days.
• Work hours: 8hrs a day / 40hrs a week; billed for hours worked.
• No payment for days not worked.
• Must be willing to work in SA time zone and SA holiday calendar as per IST 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Candidate expected to use their own laptop and network connectivity.
