Role Description

This is for the Salesforce Admin who loves structure, process, and clean execution. As a Salesforce Administrator (Project-based), you will:

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver Salesforce workflow enhancements.
• Lead testing and QA.
• Manage releases from scoping to deployment.
• Improve CRM configuration and resolve issues.
• Support process refinement, ensuring the platform runs smoothly across multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of working with a CRM (Salesforce preferred) in an Operations role.
• 2-3 years of QA experience and/or test script development experience.
• Assist business pre and post launch and act as first line of triage for any bugs found.
• Able to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with data importing, exporting, and duplication.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting functional and user data entry issues.
• Minimum of 3 years of admin experience (candidate should have experience in dev configuration, workflow rules; not limited to customer support or ticket management).

Requirements

• Salesforce experience.
• Experience at Accenture (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience in scrum and sprint methodologies (Nice-to-Have).
