[Hiring] Sales - Vacation Planner @Marriott Vacations Worldwide

Role Description

As a Call Center Vacation Planner at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW), you will assist in providing our customers and potential owners with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories.

• Communicate via telephone calls (outbound and potential inbound) with customers and potential owners to sell preview package sales/tours.
• Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for an MVW property.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners.
• Check the availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if the first choice is not available.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.

Requirements

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
