[Hiring] Sales Support Specialist @SkySys

Role Description

You'll equip customer-facing sales employees with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed throughout the sales cycle, with a particular focus on product and sales readiness. We're looking for someone who's passionate about building a culture of continuous learning, scaling tools and best practices across the company, and making sure sellers have the resources and technologies they need to win.

• Build and deliver onboarding and training programmes for new and existing sales reps, with learning paths that build product knowledge and sales readiness tool proficiency.
• Design ongoing learning opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions, that keep sellers current on industry trends, product updates, sales techniques, and tool best practices.
• Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, that supports the sales process and stays aligned with product training.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, with a track record of building and running successful enablement programmes.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices, backed by excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, and the ability to analyse sales performance data to spot areas for improvement.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
