Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Support Representative based in New Zealand. The Sales Support Representative will assist the sales team by providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer needs are met. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining customer satisfaction
• Generating quotes for clients
• Managing inquiries
• Supporting sales operations through efficient stock ordering & administration

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build healthy client relationships
• Desire to build on this into a sales role in the future
• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
• Previous experience in sales support roles, ideally within Technology Distribution

Requirements

• This role would work remote in NZ initially with the potential to work from a NZ office down the track.
