Role Description

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Sales Support Intern in Milano, Italy with Signify.

• Sales Support
  • Maintain and update customer information in the C4C system.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Track sales opportunities and follow up pipeline update.
• Lead Generation and Business Development
  • Assist in the review of project specifications and lighting requirements.
  • Support the selection of suitable lighting products and solutions for customer projects.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Support customer follow-up activities to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English & Italian.
• Availability for more than 6 months.
• Learning Agility, Motivation & Adaptability.
• Communication, Collaboration & Customer Focus.

Requirements
